RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the date received. Simply follow the guidelines below. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will only be eligible for store credit. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.

Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are noted in the product description. 

All returns may be made through the mail or in our store. 

Sale merchandise cannot be returned. 
 

RETURNS WITH PACKING SLIP:

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic parcel packages are typically not traceable. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order.

Please contact us for a return by calling us at 972-818-2000. Upon receipt of your approved return, A Tiny Hiney will issue a refund or store credit (less shipping or any surcharges).
On your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the return. Enclose your packing slip with the item.
 
RETURNS WITH NO PACKING SLIP
Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the date received.  If returned without a packing slip or after 30 days from the date of purchase, it shall be exchanged for store credit only (less shipping costs and surcharges). Any available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price.
 
MAILING IN RETURNS
  1. Repack the item in its original box.
  2. Write the reason for the return on the packing slip provided in your shipment and include it with the items you are returning.
  3. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. A Tiny Hiney is not responsible for items that do not arrive.
  4. Mail your return with the appropriate postage to:
Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our store for your return and refund to be processed, if applicable.  If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle, please email info@atinyhiney.com for further assistance.
